坐落在沈阳香港路繁华街头的鸟ヌ餐厅，是一间小隐于市的日本料理店。隐逸的风情与闲寂的格调，让这里成为都市里的一处遁世之所。担纲本案的浆果设计，于商业逻辑与场景体验的严谨合一下，以食客与空间的情感链接为基点，以简雅的日式美学勾勒意境，营造出这样一个空间——仿若自在的“精神出口”，令人暂别喧嚣，从味蕾至内心，感知到属于自我的放松与惬意。
Yakitori&SakeisaJapaneserestaurantlocatedonthebustlingstreetsofHongKongRoadinShenyang.Itenjoysasecludedstyleandserenetone,makingitaplaceofseclusioninthecity.JingleDesign,whoworkedonthisproject,adherestocommerciallogicandsceneexperience,withtheemotionalconnectionbetweendinersandthespaceasthefoundation.Bydoingso,a"spiritualcarrier"withsimpleandelegantJapaneseaestheticsiscreated,wherepeoplecangetawayfromthenoiseandfeelrelaxedandcomfortablefromthetastebudtotheheart.
门店入口处，深色而富有格调的立面将餐厅衬得格外神秘，而覆盖在玻璃外的一层黄铜金属网纱，又令其内的温馨气息隐约可见。“取意幽静淡雅的日式美学，我们希望将日料本身蕴涵的饮食文化氛围，附着于空间气质中。由此，当初入这里时，空间预先给人的第一感受，是静谧的、优雅的，还有些许安于当下的舒惬。”

推门而入，一条纵深的动线牵引着食客的脚步，循序渐进别有洞天的美学体验。契合日式独有的就餐格调，设计师通过色彩与灯光导演空间的沉浸式禅境。其中，棕木构就着简约而古朴的质感，具有肌理感的炭黑，更添了一抹静然与稳重。而暗淡灯光的烘托，则将节奏放缓，令每个置身于此的客人，都沉醉在此刻的慢生活中。
Whenpushingthedoorin,adeeplineofmovementdrawsthediners'feetintoaprogressivelydifferentaestheticexperience.InkeepingwiththedistinctiveJapanesediningstyle,thedesignerexhibitstheimmersiveZenstateofthespacethroughcolorandlighting.Amongthem,brownwoodwithasimplestructureandthecharcoalblackaddsatouchoftranquilityandstability.Underdimlighting,everyguestinthisplacecanindulgeintheslowlifeatthismoment.
在浆果设计看来，原始材质所传达的情绪，是最为本质且动人的。保持朴实的本色之美，大面积的烧杉木与岩石，所散发的粗犷韵味，凝聚为独特的视觉艺术，表露着层次丰盈的真趣。

沿靠窗前，设计师以皮质与木质的组合，打造细节考究的卡座区。金属网纱外朦胧的城市剪影、温和简雅的意境之美，顾客被包裹其中，所感的皆是一份流淌于其间的治愈时光。

不规则的桌面造型，带有木艺纹路与天然凹痕，令空间的静朴气息更为浓郁。围坐于吧台，伴着整齐陈列的美酒、微微的温和灯光、与友人的闲谈碎语，深深的安适感萦绕于人们内心，疲惫与忧虑随之消散。
Thequietandsimpleatmosphereofthespaceisenhancedbytheirregulartabletopshapewithwoodgrainandnaturalindentations.Adeepsenseofcomfortwilllingerinpeople'sheartsandfatigueandworriesdissipate,astheysitaroundthebar,gossipingwithfriends,accompaniedbytheneatlydisplayedwineandthemildlight.
呼应日式宁静素朴的极简风格，设计师选用大面积木质格栅铺叙空间，并以具有肌理感岩石为点缀，从材质的细节至整体基调，渲染着其间的品质与极致工艺。

飞快的都市生活节奏，令裹挟其中的人们，不禁想要按下暂停键，与喧嚣的周遭做个暂别。而“鸟ヌ”正是这样一个精神的出口，它所承载的不仅是生活中的饮食场所，更通过可感知、可触碰的意境氛围与审美意涵，令食客在这里，沉浸而专注地享受味蕾与身心的休憩。
